I am very sad to leave here, I really loved my home here. I will miss visiting Sharon every month to pay my rent. Rent is the most affordable in the whole area, and the apartments are a generous size. I couldn't have asked for a better value in today's day and age. We never had any problems with security or theft, the place is always kept clean even though its an older complex. It's very peaceful there, even at night. The kids play outside in the summer and the pool is always full when it's nice out. Sharon is a wonderful property manager, she has worked with us in many ways. Maintenance is very understanding and punctual, always fixing everything in a timely manner. They make you feel safe as well, as their presence in the complex is always known.

I heartily suggest this complex to anyone looking for quiet, cozy, safe and convenient place to live. This management staff is excellent, they are very quick to address any and all issues. This complex has a gorgeous pool and a playground for children. Rent and deposit are very reasonable!

I loved my little apartment. I was in a situation where I had to start all over & this was perfect for me. I had one simple issue when I first moved in 2 years ago and it was fixed immediately. They have something for everyone. Simple 1 or 2 bedroom apartments as well as 2 to 3 bedroom townhomes. And they are very pet friendly! My dog became the complex dog because she loved everyone she came into contact with on our walks. I moved into my own house or I’d still be there. Sharon and Stephanie were extremely understanding if something would come up. They got that life happens, all you had to do was communicate. They are huge on 2nd chances!
